We should not only plan for today’s kitchen technology innovations but include the necessary infrastructure for future kitchen needs. I like to be fluent with my design ideas, avoid the norm and stereotypical kitchen design ideas.
There are many aspects to be considered, the placements- of the platform, fridge, a chimney etc. You don’t want to put a stove in a corner because you won’t be able to turn your pot handles due to the lack of working space around it. This could also be a fire hazard – be careful! Fridges need landing space. It’s important to have a space to put items down when you take them out of the fridge. Considering the life expectancy of the place, the materials need to be selected wisely. White will reflect light and make space look larger. Natural light always helps to brighten up space. Make sure to know your priorities so that you make the right compromises to best fit your needs.
