Cafe Design

The client wanted to make his presence in the market, by making something so transparent with clients and buyers that there was no one for this competition. But as it was an experiment in the industry and he had already invested a lot to achieve a very hygiene, transparent and safe factory for producing best quality and varieties of samosas.

The next challenge was the budget for the project to be made outstanding.

But as a passionate challenge acceptor, I accepted it and the result are here.

We used cane shades to jute ropes to glass jars to give all the required aesthetics for this environment. Cane shades were used to make hanging lights to welcome clients from the main entrance towards the cash counter. There were many more challenges to make it more visible from main road for customers. There was a huge tree right in front of the shop which we used as a prop to attract people. So we used lights to decorate it with the colour theme of yellow and green.

The counters which are used to sell food are of standard size, materials which are same in almost every shop. So now how do we make it look different? So just thought of using jute rope as it was budget friendly too. Just got that counters wrapped with jute ropes and painted with the desired theme.

From the smallest details, where to have the basin, how to show the procedure of making food with enclosure from dust and people.

Honestly the project was so much fun with a lot of imagination and explorations of cabin’s , bulk orders introduction of extra elements.

I utilized the height by adding hanging lights with a wooden plank holding small yellow bulbs in glass jars In the kitchen.

The challenge was to finish it within the given time, a month.

The process included

Civil work

Electrical work

Plumbing

Gypsum

Machine setup

Paint work

Main facades etc

The satisfaction and appreciation which we receive after completion of the project is the best part.
